Privacy policy
How Taaza Mind protects children: no personal information collected from children, no accounts, and no advertising on the site today. The games keep all progress on the device being used.
Overview
This privacy policy explains how this site handles data when children play the math games and when adults read the teaching guides. Our commitment is simple: the games never collect personal information from children, never require an account, and contain no advertising. The site currently runs no advertising at all. If advertising is introduced in the future, Taaza Mind will configure advertising in accordance with applicable Google publisher requirements, child-directed advertising requirements, privacy requirements and applicable consent requirements.
Information we collect
The math games collect no personal information. They run entirely in the browser: problems are generated on the device, and progress is saved only in the browser's local storage. No server account, name, email or answer data is ever transmitted by the games.
If you contact us by email, you voluntarily provide your email address and message so we can reply. We use contact details only to respond to your enquiry and do not share them with third parties.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
This site is directed in part at children under 13. We design the site so that it does not collect personal information from children: children do not create accounts, the games do not ask for any personal details, and progress never leaves the device being used. The site currently runs no advertising. If advertising or third-party measurement technology is introduced in the future, it will only be introduced with appropriate configuration in accordance with applicable child-directed advertising and privacy requirements, and it will never appear inside the games or between questions.
Browser local storage
Score, streak and badge progress are stored in the browser's local storage on the device being used. This data never leaves the device, is not accessible to us, and is cleared automatically by the browser if the user clears their site data or browsing history.
Advertising and third-party vendors
The site currently runs no advertising and no third-party advertising or measurement technology. No advertising or analytics cookies are set on the site today.
If advertising is introduced in the future, Taaza Mind will configure it in accordance with applicable Google publisher requirements, child-directed advertising requirements, privacy requirements and applicable consent requirements. Any future third-party advertising or measurement technology will only be introduced with that appropriate configuration, and it will never appear inside the games. You can learn how Google uses data when you use its partners' sites or apps at Google's "How Google uses data" page, and read Google's Privacy Policy. Our commitments about where ads may appear are described in our editorial & advertising policy.
Analytics
This site does not currently run analytics scripts. If analytics are introduced in the future, they will be configured without advertising-related tracking and without collecting personal information from children.
Parental rights
Parents and guardians have the right to ask what data the site holds about their child, and to ask that it be deleted. Because the game stores no personal information about children, there is normally nothing to review or delete. For any privacy question, please contact us at hello@taazamind.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page with a new effective date. Because the game itself collects no personal information, most changes will concern the surrounding site rather than the game.
Cookies and local storage
Details of the small storage the games and site use are explained on our cookie policy page.
